Cancellations

Cancellation requests for orders placed must be submitted by contacting our customer service team right away. This means notifying us before the scheduled dispatch time in order to give us time to communicate the change with our warehouse team. Kindly note that we may not be able to guarantee the cancellation outside of this time window.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At Wabisabi Learning, we are committed to delighting our customers with the best quality products. This doesn't happen overnight and requires continuous improvement that comes from listening to our customers and taking every feedback into consideration to enhance the overall customer experience.

If for any reason we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, we want to know and we will work with you to make it right. To do this, please provide our customer service team with a picture and description of the issue so we can fully look into the problem.

Shipping Policies

How soon will I get my order?

ASAP. As soon as you click that purchase button, we start processing your order. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, and you’ll get an email with tracking info once your order has been shipped so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. If you’ve got a question about your order status, please contact us. Here’s some other stuff you should know:

Most orders ship within 1 business day of being placed, but please give us up to 5 business days to package and ship your items once you place the order. We’re real people, not lightning-fast robots. Yet.

We only ship orders Monday-Friday, and not on national holidays.

Standard Ground Delivery is handled by DHL, Australia Post and USPS (United States Postal Service). DHL works with USPS to deliver Standard Ground packages; delivery will be completed by USPS. Delivery is chosen as the shipping method during checkout. All shipments are currently fulfilled from our locations in Australia and the United States, so please allow 5-7 business days shipping time for U.S. 48 orders once a package is picked up by the parcel carrier, depending on the order total and selected method of shipping.

Expedited shipping options are available during checkout to certain locations for an additional charge, depending on the selected method.

When choosing "Standard Shipping" please allow for at least 7 to 12 business days shipping time for USA, Canada and International orders.

All orders will ship as they are received; we are unable to hold orders or delay shipment once an order has been placed on our website.

My order should have qualified for free shipping, but I was still charged.

Yikes! Orders with SUBTOTAL $30.00 or more after any discounts are applied qualify for free Standard Ground Shipping within the USA and Australia. Free shipping is not calculated based on the value of the carted items, and applicable state sales tax does not apply toward the qualifying subtotal. Expedited shipping options are excluded from this offer and will incur an additional cost.

My package has been marked “delivered” but I never received it.

As we are not responsible for any transit issues that may arise due to the parcel carriers once packages have left our facility, we’re unable to refund or replace packages that show "delivered" by the parcel carrier's tracking system. You will need to open a claim with the parcel carrier in the event of a non-receipt package that has been marked as delivered.

In the event that a package is returned to our facility by the parcel carrier and the shipping address was entered INCORRECTLY, we will either refund the order less the cost of shipping, or ship the products out again after postage is paid by the customer.

If a package is returned to our facility by the parcel carrier and the shipping address was entered CORRECTLY, we will replace the package for no additional postage; replacement will be shipped only after the original package returns to our facility, and only in the original shipping method that was selected.

My order says it’s been shipped but there’s no tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available once a package has been shipped from our facility.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do. A few things you should know about international shipping:

We want you to receive your products as soon as possible. All orders are shipped via DHL and are shipped the next business day.  Products will arrive within 14 business days - depending on your location - after you place your order but that is only an estimate. The above timelines may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Any applicable duties/taxes for International packages are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs agency for policies on tariff/duty fees on any orders from outside your country. There will be no refunds on orders when duties/tariffs are not paid for by the recipient.

Damaged Package

Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of a damaged package and a complete description of the damage.

Lost Package

If you have not received your package after the date that our courier provider estimated the package to be delivered or if tracking number shows delivered but not received , please contact us. 

Incomplete/Incorrect Order

If you received your order but has incomplete or incorrect items, please contact us with your order number and the content of the package as soon as possible or within 3 business days.

Bulk/Wholesale orders

We offer discounts for bulk/wholesale orders for schools. Please contact us before you place an order.
